Anodizing:

Film thickness 5-25μm, optional matte/glossy effect, color support black, silver, gray, champagne gold and Pantone color card customization.

Passed 48-hour salt spray test, corrosion resistance level ≥ 8.

How to choose between profile mold opening and CNC processing?

Profile mold opening is suitable for large-scale standardized production (>500 pieces) with lower cost; CNC is suitable for small batches or complex structures with higher flexibility.

How long does the delivery cycle take?

Profile mold production takes 7-15 days, mass production takes 15-20 days; CNC samples take 10 days, and mass production takes 25-30 days (expedited).

Is environmental certification provided?
